Ice Cream in Paris

While, I am in HOT Arizona as I write this, I am thinking about ice cream, pretending to be in Paris.  Ahh, Paris.  I have never been there, actually.  But if and when I go, I will be sure to follow the trusty guidelines given by David Lebovitz.
